thanks a lot Mike I have tried to monitor my panic attacks before but I got scared about my heart as there is a history of heart disease in my family then as soon as you said”your heart beats faster than that when you are playing a sport” something clicked thanks again I will let you know how I get on over the next few weeks I’ll definately give this a try now and I send my friends thanks in advance
Alex
You saved my life Thanks
Keep up the good work.

Interesting and very well explained. I’ve noticed that in many of your videos you focus on the same idea: observing your own thoughts is the key for alleviating many emotional issues. But observing, not analysing, there is a certain difference between these two as the former supposes no judgement, a neutral point of view, a total acceptance.Nevertheless I wonder if this is enough for a total cure.Anyway your videos are highly appreciated.
Thanks
)) The entire field of the mind is to be watched. Thoughts, feelings, emotions, everything. None of it is you. You can be sure that anything you are aware of is NOT you. You are the awareness within which those things are presenting themselves. Just watch the show. Mike

For some reason, certain people have panic reactions to marijuana. If you’re one of those people and have only done it twice, I’d recommend not making a habit of it.
Over time, it will make your anxiety worse.
Enlightened minds,on you tube… I love it!

-yes,
example from personal experience:
I was called into my manager’s office, and truly believed I was going to be fired for missing work the prior day. Somehow I sat down,
excepted my fate,
and was existing as pure, relaxed consciousness, watching a movie of my drama in my life unfold. I was calming helping it to unfold. With the absence of fear and panic, my thoughts had room for genius and communication. Didn’t get fired!
Your right eye is at 2 o’clock. Ha ha ha… snort, sorry, got caught up in the moment.
AMAZING!!! For real, this can help so many people!!!
ya he works at our school
such rational thinking rarely enters a troubled mind under stress
That’s why you need to work this all the time. Then when the stuff hits the fan it kicks in by itself.
I had a panic attack from weed once and now I have a phobia of anything mind altering. I plan on becoming free of that phobia though. I will be able to enjoy the herb again!
I feel for you, man. I smoked every day for a few years before I finally had an anxiety problem develop.
First – Identify your anxiety trigger.
It can be anything from a racing heartbeat, a sense of vertigo, confusion, alienation, paranoia. If marijuana is causing your anxiety attacks then I guarantee it’s one of those, or something similar.
My advice is to lay off the herb for a while and then gradually return to it and learn your limits. Regular exercise is also very effective.
I’ve found holding on to an ice cube distracts me from the fear. I tried it about a month ago and trained myself to grab one while having a panic attack.
Damn right, I smoked weed for about a year and now i get the worst panic attacks all the time. I was never like this before I started smoking, so now im worried that it might have fucked up my brain in some way.
