Managing Stress in Work and Life
I attended a Dhamma talk by Venerable Pemaratana this morning at the Buddhist Maha Vihara (BMV). It was refreshing to learn form him the techniques on how to handle stress. He explained basically to overcome stress, one should do 4 things. They are :- 1. Be energetic. You need to put effort to clear your work as come to you. Don’t wait.
