I have two members of my Curves club that LOVE this product! I had one the other day tell me that it holds “the beast in me” at bay.
Truley great
This makes so much sense. This explains why break up of realtionship + very low carb diet + working out too much + caffeine abuse + hating my job + fighting within the family + grandmother diagnosed with breast cancer = panic disorder
You may stress them out asking them to watch a video about stress.
Your solution then is: Eat more cards, work out less, stop drinking coffee, stay on welfare, get an apartment where you live by yourself, and hopefully your grandmother…
When I have that extra adrenaline, I will do as this doctor suggests: I will get physically active. Never thought of that!
already started that, thank you
Thats good to prevent adrenal fatigue, but this video is adressing when the bodies adrenals are exhausted. You need to follow a good balanced diet and take it easy to allow your adrenals to recover.
Congratulations. Forget about others, and work on your health. You’re the most important person for yourself!

Healing the World — One Person At A Time
very informative information i have to say but towards the end it became purely about marketing your products, however its very good information….i have one query though, how does cortisol make one fat really, i mean cortisol is responsible for making organs such as the liver to breakdown glycogen, lipolysis, protein catabolism for energy etc..(reason for its release is to provide glucose to cells) so i would have thought excess amount cause hyperglycemia instead of weight gain? enlighten me!?
Cortisol is also involved in the conversion of glucose to glycogen as well as eventually, triglycerides, which are then stored as fat. Further, excess cortisol can slow metabolism. We do offer formulas for helping people overcome many chronic health challenges as these are always caused by imbalances in the body chemistry. I am avaliable at 1-888-454-8464 for any questions you may have. Thanks for commenting.
Sir/Madam, are you suggesting that the same molecule responsible for the catabolism of molecules such as lipids and glycoproteins into glucose is also inversely responsible for glycogen synthesis. You can’t want to make glucose from stored compounds then at the same time try to store the glucose you just made (and one molecule is supposed to initiate both processes?) please explain the biochemical metabolic pathway in which this events take place? Am just curious
Cortisol encourages fat storage by a variety of mechanisms, including slowing of the baseline metabolism. Further, cortisol increases insulin production, which in turn, increases the conversion of glucose to triglyceride.

I have a question doc…My mom was giving cortisone as an anti-inflamatory…she received heavy doses of it without her knowing…Its been to years since this happens and…to this day she has some of the following symptopns…Stress and anxiety that is through the roof and tend to vary from day to day drepression sometimes follows, Palpitations upper body and lower body …She complains about the left side of her face being swollen, and a constant pinging in her ears,
she also feels preasure in her ears…I guess what you feel after an artillery shell goes off that type sound except this one pulsates.
(Sorry for my typing late night I guess)…anyways shes been with alot of doctors and ecrondologists…and non of them have been able to tell her whats wrong….shes resorted to trying homeopathic treatment they seem to make her feel better for “periods”…My question is did going cold turkey on the cortisone a bad thing?,,,Doctors did tell her that she was intoxicated do to the cortisone that she received…and told her to detoxify from it…how it was done I dont know…What I do know is that.
she went cold turkey on it I wonder if that affected her adrenal glands…Thanks.
Stress really does make everything worse!! Most of our stress is self made and we need to stop doing that. If outside influences make you stressed either get rid of them or learn to accept them.
