Panic attack tips
Its estimated that as many as 2 to 5% of people in the USA suffer from a form of panic disorder so if your in this group you are not alone.
Symptoms include Sweating, choking, racing heart, breathlessness, racing thoughts and a feeling that your going to lose your mind.
I know it can be very unpleasant and distressing cause I’ve been there but I’m also here writing this now and I’m not panicing anymore.
